Rate Information (Summer 2010):

Cottage rental rate is $100 double per night with a 3-night minimum. Our weekly rate is $675.

There is a $10 per night fee for an extra adult (16 years or older). All prices include tax.

We offer a discount rate for spring and fall visits.

We are open from May until October.

Payment details: 50% of the rental amount, along with a signed copy of our rental agreement, is due to hold your reserved dates. The remaining 50% payment is due 2 weeks before your arrival date. We accept payment by personal cheques, money orders, bank drafts, e-mail money transfers or wire transfers in Canadian dollars (arrangements can also be made to pay with US dollars, just ask me for the current exchange rate). Sorry, we do not accept credit cards, but 'convenience cheques' that you may get from your Visa or other credit card company can be used.

Cancellation Policy: The required deposit will be refunded (less $20 management fee) if we are notified of cancellation thirty (30) days prior to renter's scheduled arrival date. Should one cancel within 30 days, payments (less $20 management fee and any extra cleaning fees) will only be refunded if we can fill the rental period.
